| 3: CAREFULLY CUT EXCESS URETHANE FROM PINCHWELD. NOTICE HOW KNIFE DOESN'T TOUCH THE METAL. AGAIN, SCRATCHED PAINT CAUSES CORROSION. |
| 4: PRIME ALL BARE SPOTS AND NICKS TO PREVENT CORROSION AND TO ALLOW URETHANE ADHESIVE TO BOND CORRECTLY. |
| 5: DRY SET GLASS AND ALIGN WITH TAPE TO ENSURE EXACT PLACEMENT. |
| 6: BLOW OFF ALL DIRT FROM URETHANE TO ENSURE STRONG BOND. |
| 7: CLEAN GLASS WITH AMMONIA FREE CLEANER AND LINT FREE TOWEL TO REMOVE ALL RESIDUE FROM THE GLASS. THIS ENSURES A STRONG BOND. |
| 8. PRIME GLASS & LET DRY. THIS ACTIVATES THE SURFACE OF THE GLASS TO ENSURE THE URETHANE ADHERES PROPERLY. SOME SHOPS SKIP THIS STEP TO 'SAVE TIME & MONEY' |
| 9. APPLY URETHANE ADHESIVE, INSTALL GLASS AND LET CURE TO ENSURE A SAFE, FACTORY SEAL. |
| 10. VACUUM INTERIOR, CLEAN GLASS AND RECORD ALL EXPIRATION DATES/ LOT NUMBERS/ DOT NUMBERS OF PRIMERS, ADHESIVES & GLASS. |
